Free Delivery on orders over £250

Orders under £250 will incur a £7.99 delivery charge.

Delivery estimated 3-5 days.

Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements and we will aim to accommodate.

 

Returns

We will accept returns if the item is unused and in the original package. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. please contact info@t-electrix.co.uk with your order number for any returns.

 

Any refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving your returned item. You are expected to cover the cost to return the item and any delivery charges will not be refunded.

 

Faulty Goods

We will issue a refund of any faulty goods, however you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact info@t-electrix.co.uk. You may be required to send photo/video showing the item is deemed to be faulty.
